The premiere of the series Pluribus will take place on 7 November on Apple TV. The project, led by legendary screenwriter Vince Gilligan (creator of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul), will launch with two episodes (after which the series will switch to a weekly release format) and promises to show us a science fiction drama instead of the usual crime plot.

Well it looks like they have been moving the release times for shows on Apple TV earlier and earlier. It was midnight ET (New York) sometime around the summer and it is 21:00 ET (02:00 UTC) now.
